My Story
Home has been a common thread throughout my life—from a love of design and years spent in the home décor industry to helping people buy and sell the places where their own stories unfold. Along the way, each experience has shaped how I see homes, understand people and approach the work I do today.
A path that led home
My path to real estate wasn't a straight one, but looking back, every chapter seems to have led me here.
I spent 15 years in Human Resources, where I learned the importance of listening, communication, organization and—above all—people. From there, I followed a longtime love of home and design and opened my own home décor store in Oregon City, an experience that gave me an entirely different education in entrepreneurship, merchandising and customer service.
I later worked as a design consultant, helping clients make decisions for remodels and new construction. That experience sharpened my eye for the details that can transform a home and taught me to see both what a property is and what it has the potential to become.
Real estate ultimately brought all of those experiences together. Today, I draw on that background whether I'm helping a seller prepare a home for market, helping a buyer recognize possibilities others might overlook, or simply guiding a client through the many decisions that come with a move.
Home, for me
I'm fortunate to call the Pacific Northwest home. I grew up in a small town near the Oregon coast and have spent more than 30 years living in communities throughout the greater Portland area. Those years have given me not only a deep familiarity with the region, but a genuine appreciation for the different neighborhoods and communities that make it special.
After raising our family in West Linn, my husband Bob and I now call Wilsonville home. When I'm not working with clients, you'll usually find me enjoying time at home, tackling a project, traveling, spending time with our daughters and their families—or with our long-haired doxies, Lucy & Finn.
