This adorable family are my youngest buyers yet! Just in their early 20's, the Carlsons, are sweet family friends and are now proud owners of their first home sweet home...one of the best steps they've made for their future. They were motivated to stop renting so they found some great first time home buyer loan products and jumped into this fast-paced market head first. Their smart work and efforts were rewarded early on when their offer was chosen among several others. Their joy and excitement was contagious and it was a thrill to help them get to the finish line. I truly love my buyers! Aryan & Maryam relocated from Cali and wanted to find a place to call home in our beautiful corner of the country and what a blessing it was to be part of their home buying journey. They are the sweetest couple (and now friends) and I was thrilled to give them the keys to their first home.

This sweet family is another special chapter in my real estate story. Michael and Alissa (also know as Lissy if you've known her since the second grade like we do) and adorable 1 yr old Judah got the keys to their first Home Sweet Home today. Their home buying journey was unique in so many positive ways and it was a true testament of good-willed people working together and God weaving all the pieces into a beautiful transaction. I'm very grateful to have been able to be a part of this joy-filled ride!

Sometimes you go where your clients are to deliver their closing gift to them and this time it's a pub. So we interrupt the Beavers game for an important announcement...it's Key Day for one of my favorite buyers! Jen became the proud owner of her first home today and I’m so grateful I was able to be on this home buying journey with her. She is my dimple twin and a lovely young lady who I have really enjoyed spending time with. I told her I would be going thru buyer withdrawals now that I won't see her as often, but that's why they invented happy hour.

Love, love, love my first time home buyers! This sweet couple found me on the web and thankfully they were willing to be persistent buyers in a tough market. Their efforts paid off when they found a home just a few blocks away in our neighborhood. Okay…if screens could talk you would hear a lot of WAHOO-ING going on over here in Forest Grove! What a thrill it was to help Sean & Willow with the purchase of their new home sweet home. It was a quick sprint with only a 2 week closing but these guys were absolute troopers and were so ready for the race. There were tears of joy along the way and a lot of PTL’s too as they had been waiting 8 years to go from being renters to homeowners again and it was SO rewarding to see their dreams come true! Welcome home Oelkes…I am “over-the-moon" ecstatic for you guys and incredibly grateful for the opportunity to serve you!

Helping these two buy a home was PURE joy! Their "can do" spirit and vision to breathe life into an older home made for a special and personal journey which I had the privilege of being part of. They are dear friends who have hearts of gold and a love for people and who want their home to be a haven of hospitality so I can't wait to see what they do as new homeowners. Happy Home Sweet Home to Hayden & Mackenzie! This one was extra special for me because I've known these kids since they were in the 1st grade! But now they're married and adulting and decided they wanted to jump into the world of home ownership so I was thrilled and thankful when they asked me to help them. What a fun journey this was...it was love at first site on the first day out house hunting, winning out of multiple offers and racing to the finish line for a quick close. They took it all in stride wonderfully and were the sweetest clients. It made my heart SO happy to give them the keys to their first home!

One of my favorite things – KEY DELIVERY DAY! What a joy it was helping this young lady find her home in Oregon after moving from California to be closer to her kids and grand & great-grand kids. Patience and persistence paid off when she found just the right place to call “HOME”. So happy and thankful to be part of your home buying journey, Jeanne, and more importantly, to have made a new friend along the way! Thankful to be ending this year on a high note when I got to give keys to this darling couple last night. Kenny & Janna worked so hard to become first time homeowners in a very competitive buyer's market...but their efforts paid off and I was thrilled to be a part of their journey! Highs and lows, they were troopers through it all and hung onto their dream and made it a reality! Moments like these make my heart happy and remind me why I love what I do. Welcome Home K & J!
