“Noelle recently helped our mom relocate from Riverside, California to a beautifully suited and newer downsized home that checked off all her boxes in Newberg, OR. Noelle’s attention to detail and excellent ability to fully capture her clients’ needs and wants, quickly put Jeanne’s and our concerns to rest. The home search was very specific and there were several questions along the way that Noelle fielded and then provided necessary answers to aid in the decision-making process. “We took on the challenge of selling our house after living in Gresham for 31 years. Noelle met with us in November, and advised us to do some updates in our home before selling. She arranged all of that, and it was completed in December 2017. We decided to wait until spring to sell. By mid-May 2018, the house was on the market. Two days later, we had a full-price, all cash offer. After the home inspection, Noelle seamlessly negotiated with the buyers, and a final deal was struck, which included a clause that we find suitable housing within 60 days or we could back out of the sale. Noelle then started sending us listings. We hadn’t even decided an area of town, so we looked at homes all over the Portland-Metropolitan area. She never once made us feel like we were wasting her time, though I feel like there were plenty of times when we did. If a house seemed overpriced, she told us that. When it was located in a bad area, she told us that as well. She suggested offering prices when we found homes we liked. She was always available for texts or phone calls, any time of the day or night. After those 60 days, we found a great home in Oregon City. She negotiated with the sellers (which were not easy to deal with), again without any real problems. She negotiated an extra 30 days at our current home since it took us longer to find a place than we thought it would (should). I cannot recommend Noelle more highly. For us newbies, this was a painless process. Couldn’t, and wouldn’t, have done it without her!”
