I will evaluate economic factors, market conditions and compile a Comparative Market Analysis (CMA) to determine the most accurate price and fair market value for your home.  A CMA is a side-by-side evaluation of a home’s value based on similar, recently listed, pending and sold homes (called comparables) in the same neighborhood or nearby.
