Design on Demand

If you are looking for a more hands-on design experience with some extra coaching then this is the ideal package for you.  Whether you are planning a larger, multi-room project or just have a project that’s going to require more time, purchasing blocks of design hours is a simple way to get the expert advice you need without the long-term commitment and financial impact of a design retainer.  This package is the most similar to full-service design but you are in total control of the type of project, the pace and the spend.

What you can expect:

Design on Demand packages are available in 10-hour increments. You can use the hours for whatever assistance you need over a 90-day period.

Based on the results of your Design Questionnaire and an initial meeting, I will make a recommendation as to how many “blocks” I think it will take to accomplish your goals.

Typical design tasks may include:

• General design advice

• Design concepts

• 2D and 3D drawings

• Interior and exterior selections

• Space planning

• Furnishing and lighting advice

• Finish and paint selections

• Budgeting

Price: $1,499 per 10-hour block payable in advance. 10-hour minimum.
